The workflow today

Everything a job needs lives somewhere different.

"We're going to it for the information and the information's already there." That's the goal. Right now it isn't, because the workfront, the briefs, the crew, the budget, and the schedule all live in different places.

"Not easy to digest." Status gets tracked in a spreadsheet that nobody fully trusts by the time a job is halfway done.

The integrations that matter

Saturation stays. Until it doesn't have to.

Ian and the Saturation CEO have talked. Phase 2 delivers a JSON import: your Saturation budgets come into Greenlit for reporting and project context. You don't drop Saturation on day one. Phase 3 is the full bidirectional sync if that's where you want to go.
